DVD Ripper Process 100% but won't FINISH

I have been converting my .iso files so that I can mount them on my iPad. Frequently, the process says that the process is 100% and may stay that way for (the longest I have waited) 10 hours...! When I push the Cancel button, the program will close and the converted file will play, but this is sometimes an issue when I have a queue going.

Is this a known bug? Am I not doing something properly? I am rather new at this.

Using a modified ipod touch profile I have 1 iso file that causes DVDFab to continue to run after it has reached 100%. The mp4 file becomes huge. I tried an XVID profile on the same iso and it works fine. I reripped the iso and no luck. This is not a movie I must have so my interest in solving it is low.
