BD Ripper (3D Plus) Converting to Apple TV Format then Streaming through iTunes

Hello - Can anyone give me the best profile to use for Ripping BD to an Apple TV recognisable format that will sync with iTunes.

I have tried various criteria with varying levels of sucess.

MP4 sometime works but then there is A/V lag.

iPad 1080p only works and plys with iTunes but will not sync with Apple TV

iPod/iPhone sometimes works but I am looking for the best resolution and Aspect ratio.

So basically can anyone give me the best and most stable set-up to use.

    Many thanks

    Hans

PS - BTW Inception BD and DVDFab do not like each other !!

I did a 2 step process... BD->DVD, then DVD to AppleTV. Works GREAT!
    JUST takes a little longer.

The BD-DVD does take a while (2-3 hours sometimes).
    The DVD-AppleTV take 10-30 minutes.

I have found that ripping to the Standard iPad format works, but there is a major Audio Video Lag, (The audio sync all works fine for the first half hour or so, then gradually gets more an more behind as the film progresses).

I seem to get this on all BDs for example "Avatar - Extended cut" "Inception" "Piranha 3D" "The Hurt Locker" to name but a few....

Unfortunately the guys at DVDFab don't have a solution, or have not recognised this as a problm yet!!

Here's hoping for an update to fix the problem ?
