BD Ripper (3D Plus) BD Ripper issue with Star Trek

I have tried several formats of different mvk and avi but I still get an error 3% into the rip. I am attaching the logs. I run Win7 x64, intel Q6700 cpu o/c to 3.33, 6 gig ram and I am storing files to an external HDD. I have had success with several other BD's, and DVDs.

    Figured it out

The issue I was having was the disk itself. There was the smallest scratch that makes the disc skip at about 4 minutes into the movie......
