BD Ripper (3D Plus) Weird commentary with rip

I'm trying to rip a movie (fairly new release). Over the movie audio is a running commentary of what is going on in the movie. I've disabled everything I can find and can't make this go away.

    Any ideas on the issue?

    Hi Kiernan,

Please choose other audio track instead of AC-3/2 to see the result.

      Hi Kiernan
Maybe the audio channal is not the main audio, change a audio channal and have a try.

I am getting the same thing with Shrek Forever After. This is the first Blu-Ray that I have tried to rip. I'm not sure how to disable it.

          Hi, slider162,

Please select another audio track like AC-3/5.1, DTS/5.1, DTS, DTS HD master audio, if any available, to see if you can get rid of it.

          Sincerely Yours
