BD Ripper (3D Plus) blu-ray subtitles are not playing

I've been ripping the first episode of The Pacific (blu-ray) in 1080p m4v. The only available option is to save subtitles in a file (idx) Is there any way to add the subtitles into the movie? I can't see the subtitles when I'm playing the movie.
