DVD Ripper Suddenly no sound in avi rips

Hey all.
I've been using a custom profile for ripping movies into an AVI that I can play on my XBox 360 (found here) for over a year now without any issues at all. And now, after upgrading to version 8.0.5.6, I have no audio in any movie I rip to .avi REGARDLESS of whether I use a default profile or my custom profile. Audio is fine in other formats (MKV, WMV, DIVX) but absent for any and all AVIs. Anyone have any idea what could be going on here?

Better to download newer build, or waiting for next version since we fix lots of Audio issue.
Should be 8067 or higher.

Version 8? FAHGETABOUDIT!

Hi GeekMan,

You are not alone, I am also having problems with AVI rips (and iPod rips as well) since the release of DVDFab 8. Because of these issues, I've gone back to using DVDFab 7 exclusively for rips. (See forum thread HERE.)

I sure hope they get around to fixing the ripper soon!

I downloaded and installed the latest version which miraculously fixed the problem. This was really strange, especially since the actual profile never changes. Oh well, at least it's working again.
