DVD Ripper DVD 2 AVI Audio not syncing with 8.0.6.8

After the latest update the dvd 2 avi files with audiocopy not mp3 result in files that have audio video sync problems and also the quality with 1500mb seem to be more pixellated whereas before that were nice and clean.

Any ideas?

click on "Diagnosis" to find out the "Directory", it is like:

At work now .. will post this late for you.

Addition though .. if I rip with audio converted to MP3 it is in sync, why would that be? I noticed this behavior with other discs I have backed up as well but doesn't happen with all. Have you heard of this before?
