DVD Ripper Itunes 10 - ipod Touch 1st gen DVD ripper problem

Hi,

I have converted / ripped some of my latest DVD's to ipod touch default & tried various other ipod settings / bitrates, but many new films will not sync to ipod toch 1st gen 32gb

when video playback on itunes 10 the video stutters, i think this maybe Itunes protection against ripped dvd's?

Any idea's??

What setting's work with itunes 10 to convert DVD to ipod touch format to sync with ipod touch 1st gen using dvdfab 8.0.7.0?

Any help would be great thanks!!
