BD Ripper (3D Plus) BD Ripper to Itouch problem

I have tried all the conversions in Blu-ray Ripper, they all play in ITunes, but will not tranfer to Itouch 3rd generation,The av codecs are all set to "Software" I have tried various Blu-Ray films with no success.I have a workround by using Blu-Ray to DVD, then using a third party software which will then convert it to Mp4 which transfers to my Itouch via Itunes. This is fine but having purchased Blu-Ray Ripper I feel a little let down.Maybe future updates may sort this problem for us all.

    Hi Dave 2,

Which profile did you use to convert for your Itouch 3rd gerneration?
Did you use iPhone4.mp4 and iPad.mp4 to have a try?

    Best Regards,

    Cici Jia

      Itouch Problem

      Hi Cici Jia,

I have tried them all with no success, but as I said on my first thread, I have to convert first to dvd then use a third party software to to rip to mp4, that is the only way Itunes accepts the transfer to Itouch, but thanks anyway.

      Regards,
      Dave 2

        Supprised

I am wondering if I am the only one who can't rip a film into Itunes then transfer to Itouch, I have found as desribed previously I have to use blu-ray to dvd then a 2rd party software to mpeg 4 which itunes accepts.I think this is an issue which dvdfab should try to put right for us please

Are your rips < 4G in size? I had to tell my BD rips to be to a fixed file size (3900M) and my issues went away.

                  Hi Dave 2
You would use copy and paste, but only the most recent logs.
