BD Ripper (3D Plus) Subtitles hidden impossile to find?

This is the second Blu-ray movies that I happen to have this problem, since "Van Helsing", the film in such example is "The Mummy"

In the case of forced subtitles Italian, is the stream n.66, as can be seen from any player, Arcsoft or Cyberlink.





The subtitle selection of DVDFab, n.66 stream corresponds to an empty selection.




I tried to select other languages, I have done several tests, but these do not correspond to stream n.66

It 'not really to find this stream "ghost"
