BD Ripper (3D Plus) Blue-Ray Rip to MKV Audio skipping

I have ripped a few Blu-Rays to my PC in MKV format to stream to my Blu-Ray player. The video looks fine, but the audio skips or is absent. I chose only DTS audio.
I used other software to rip the same discs and those seems to play fine.

After experimenting a bit I found that if I check the "Remove HD Audio" box and re-rip the movie it plays and sounds fine.
The software is a competing software and cannot be mentioned.

I checked the "Remove HD Audio" box and re-ripped the disc and it plays with audio now. Just no HD audio...
