DVD Ripper Does not see HD drive

I have LG HD cd drive, win 7, 4gb memory and 1tb hard drive

Just purchased Fab 8, but unable to use it with HD movie.
Tried several HD movies none worked, keep getting message insert disc.

Used another program called MKV --It sees the drive and processed movie, but I did not get the video only audio.

    What am I missing?

Initially, DVDFab HD Decrypter had the capability to decrypt HD discs.
I believe the specific versions were some of the earlier Fab 5.xxx releases.
Sorry, I don't know which ones as I've never owned an HD disc.

Unfortunately, DVDFab HD Decrypter no longer has the capability to read and decrypt HD discs.
I suspect this is a result of the HD disc failing to capture and sustain a portion of the marketplace.

And no, I have no idea why the freeware is still named DVDFab HD Decrypter.
A name change has been suggested in the past

        Seems reasonable to me.
Since the mods have no direct association to the business, I believe your best bet is to contact a sales support rep directly.
