    Hi, Ted,

Please try to install DVDFab 8.0.7.5 Beta at http://www.dvdfab.com/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB_BETA, then, set video decoder and encoder as software at Common Settings to convert again to see the result.

    Regards

      Hi ted_roy:
I think your log is wrong, it is iphone4.1080p.mp4 profile and not for iPod.
