BD Ripper (3D Plus) Shaded Bars

I have been getting these shaded bars on some of the backups ripped from Blu-ray. Does anyone know what causes this?

Just curious, do the bars move, or do they stay in the same location all the time?

They move around a little, change colors and randomly pixelate.

name of the Blu-ray and the Blu-ray Ripper profile being used would be a help so the developers can see what problem is

          AVI(avi.xvid.ac3) default settings.
          MKV(mkv.h264.audiocopy)default settings
          MP4(mp4.h264.aac) default settings

If the bars come up using DVDFAB I use other program with different convertor and they don't show up.

It could be a software issue, but I have also seeing a grounding problem cause these exact same issues before. Make sure your video source and video display are properly grounded as we as your AV cables.

The problem shows up on multiple devises so it is in the file.
