DVD Ripper Problem with CUDA encoding

I am currently running the latest beta version of DVDFab which I think is 8.0.7.6 and also version 7.0.9.2.
I am running version 7 because version 8 had problems with de-interlacing, but now the lastest version of DVDFab8 has fixed that problem I was going to get rid of 7.0.9.2 but I have noticed one more annoying problem. When I turn on the "Software+CUDA" video encoding on in any version of DVDFab8 the program my video card fails (The video card 8600GT with the latest drivers) but if I run DVDFab Ver 7.0.9.2 with CUDA turned on, I have no problems.

My PC is running Vista 32 bit service pack 2
Core 2 Quad Q6600 with 4Gig of ram.

Does anyone else have a similar problem? and a possible fix?
Absolute brilliant program by the way.

Please be more specific and descriptive. Without details of your "one more annoying problem", we can't offer any help.

If possible, please post log files, it is under:

Do you sure that the latest drivers you used?
We can't repro your problem with the latest Nvida drivers and DVDFab.
Or DVDfab logs are useful for us.

CUDA encoding error

It seems it might not be DVDFab but my video card, the only problem is that it only happens when I turn on Software+CUDA encoding in any version of DVDFab8.

I get a message saying "Display driver stopped reponding and has recovered"

When this happens, whatever I am encoding through DVDFab causes the FPS to slow to 0 and then DVDFab has to be forcibly shut down. If I turn encoding back to just "Software", I never get this problem and also I am able to run DVDFab7 with "Software+CUDA" encoding on and do not get the error.

I am currently running version 266.58 drivers for my card, but this also happened with older drivers as well.
