BD Ripper (3D Plus) Fast and Furious voice over

Ok. I'm new to this. I'm trying to backup all of my dvd's to my mediasmart server and from there stream the movies to my xbox etc... So far all of my movies have ripped just fine, but Fast and Furious is giving me a hard time. When DVDFab pulls the list, there's 4 options that are all the same length (1:46:52). I've tried all 4 of these as well as tried to change any setting I can figure out but keep running into the same problem. When you preview the movie, it plays just great. Rip it and suddenly there's a voiceover of the producer talking about a bunch of crap that I could care less about.

Here's the settings I'm using:

Rip to XBox360
WMV.wma10
English AC-3/2
No subpicture

Encoding: Fast
Fixed Bitrate: 7365kbs
Split: NO SPLIT
Framerate: SAME AS SOURCE
Deinterlacing: CHECKED
Bitrate: 448 KBS
Channel: 5.1 Multichannel
Vlume: 100%

Rame Resolution: 1920x800 0.200 Bits/pixel 2.40000 Aspect Ratio
Subpicture: Greyed Out

Any idea what I need to do to get rid of this?

Instead of AC-3/2, select AC-3/5.1 or DTS audio if any available to see the result.
