BD Ripper (3D Plus) Always the same size

like to convert my "resident evil afterlife" blueray in best xvid/avi quality.

    (a standard dvd-video uses a max. bitrate 11,08MBit/11345,92kbits)

tested with DIFFERENT settings / resolution and bitrate i get EVERYTIME a file with MAX. 1,3GB (i.e. 720*404 with 5000kbits and 720*404 with 9000kbits create the SAME SIZE as output... -.-

tested with all fab releases since 8073 (by the way 8079QT crash when using the BD Ripper)

    for example:

    720*300/5000kbit = 1368034 kb
    720*576/8000kbit = 1381517 kb
    720*404/8000kbit = 1376700 kb

8000kbit should be a bigger file as 5000kbit (50% more)
8000kbit should be create an ~5-6gb output

which resolution you have testet 1st!_Blood%?

there is somewhere a bug in blueray ripper...

i.e. 3000kbit should be create an avi output with 50-60MB

          3000kbits Video+ 448kbits Dolby / 8 = 431kbytes * 60/1024= 25,25 MByte per Min

          my testfile is 2:17 min = 57,65MB

i get only an output 28,2MB

with 3 DIFFERENT OS' and 2 PCs i have the SAME Problem :/

The source Disc is "The Ghostwriter" German and "Resident Evil Afterlife Limited Amazon Steelbook Edt"

i have attached an DXDiag and the lastest log.
my av scanner cant be the culprit XP uses Avira and W7 Kaspersky Internet Sec...

The AnyDVD Driver cant be too because its NOT installed on the XP Desktop!
(i think u should know that because Fab warning when running the driver/application)

before is start the converter i use the BD Copy to dump the complete disc to my HDD...

maybe i uses in my first post the wrong words.
i get NOT always the same output size , i get a MAXIMUM 1,3GB output when choose a bitrate higher than 3000KBit...

is there a kb/s limit in xvid codec?

just for fun i have entered a bitrate from 50000kbit with a 1920 resolution, the output was 30MB!!!! with many artefacts...

with the 1,3GB BD Rip and a DVD Rip i see the outputs in AVI are MAXIMUM with Audio 2800 KBit/s
