DVD Ripper Audio Off Synch throughout the entire movie

    Hey everyone,
I'm rather new to this and trying dvdfab out to rip from an .iso to .mp4 and i have yet to get the audio to match up with the video. In this example the audio is off by at least 20 - 30 seconds, the iso itself is not and works perfectly fine. I've even tried opening up the ISO and getting the properties of a vob file and setting the settings to match up to the vob file but no luck there.

    here are my specs:

    dvdfab: 8.0.8.2
    conversion: 1 pass
    Fixed Bitrate: 2000kbps
Frame Resolution: I let dvdfab select the default
Framerate: Same as Source, i've also tried letting dvdfab select the fps (ie 23.976)
    Audio Format: AAC
    Audio Bitrate: 192 kbps
    Video Decoder H.264: Software
    Video Encoder H.264: Software

Here is my Log from the latest attempts:

Sorry guess I missed your settings in the first post. I just tried same settings as you and Audio is way off. I as well tried changing the Fixed Bitrate to 1100kbps and instead of using same as source for Framerate I changed it to 29.970 which is what the source is to begin with.

The finished result was Video and Audio all in sync. Trying again with 2000kbps for the Fixed Bitrate along with selecting 29.970 for the framerate to see if it all in sync but not really need 2000kbps as not really any fast action seens in this movie. Will let you know the results tonight.

OK I just watched 50 miniutes of the last try and audio is sync with movie the settings I used are:

            Generic.mp4.h264.aac

            dvdfab: 8.0.8.5
            conversion: 1 pass
            Fixed Bitrate: 2000kbps
            Frame Resolution:default
            Framerate: 29.970
            Audio Format: AAC
            Audio Bitrate: 192 kbps
            Video Decoder H.264: Software
            Video Encoder H.264: Software

This has better PQ than my earlier test with 1100kbps for Fixed Bitrate
