BD Ripper (3D Plus) MKV Rip

I can not get MKV Rip to work...(8.0.8.5)
Can anybody help?

I have solved my problem.
In Common Settings
Generel
AV Codec
Video Decoder
H.264 change DXVA to Software
VC1 change DXVA to Software
Now it is working

good to know you solved your own problem but for faster help next time you would need to post the relevant entire Internal log and not just a small portion of it as the internal log tells us what settings are being used and other stuff which is needed to help
