DVD Ripper Inside Job audio sync issue

I'm having a heck of a time ripping Inside Job. I've tried all resolutions many of which stutter with iOS 4.3.1 at upper resolutions. I've tried all audio variations most of which results in later movie sync issues.

Anyone get this working for the iPhone 4 with iOS 4.3.1?
