perfectly new blu ray i just bought-will not get past the "analyze" page under any settings-mkv, mp4. will not even finish hd decrypter.
any ideas on how to get past this?

Have you tried changing your path player settings to "off" or "on" if it is off?
To disable path player Open Fab Click the Green √ top right > Protection > Path Player click Disable Path Player click OK restart Fab and try again, just remember to set it back to Always Enabled.

Please post your internal log files in the attachment.
The default location is:
For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
