BD Ripper (3D Plus) Problem ripping Underworl Evolution

I've had very few problems ripping BDs but Underworld Evolution has so far stumped me. Regardless of the settings the rip gets to about 8% and then reports that a read error has occurred and I'm given the options to Abort, Ignore, Ignore All or Cancel.

If I ignore the error another pops up pretty much right away and then another, and another and so on. I can get a successful rip if I choose Ignore All, but then the video is a bit "jumpy", like there are a significant number of frames missing.

I've chosen the mkv.h264.ac3 profile as I do with all of the other BDs. For this posted log I didn't change any of the settings. Oh and the "opened blu-ray" message at the end is because after I hit abort the application became unresponsive for more than two minutes and I popped out the disc.

Any help or info would be great. Thanks in advance!

    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate

    Hi rnickerson,

You are getting a read error so the source blu-ray disc might be dirty with fingerprints or may have a scratch, try cleaning it, then rip it to see the result.
