BD Ripper (3D Plus) playback problems with blu-ray rips

I have been converting blu-rays to mkv.h264.audiocopy. Sometimes when it gets to the credits, it will no longer let you fast-forward or pause (either with VLC Media Player or with my WD TV Live Plus HD). Recently, an entire movie turned out that way - I could watch it all the way through on the WD TV Live Plus HD but was unable to pause, rewind, fast-forward. Any ideas? I tried opening the file with mkvmerge and it wouldn't even open - it said the file "does not contain any tracks."

Which version of DVDFab did you use to convert mkv files? Version 8085 or QT version 8087?
