BD Ripper (3D Plus) No audio from some Blu Ray movies

I am getting no audio after ripping some Blu Ray movies like "North by Northwest", "Easy Rider", etc. I tried all audio output settings but to no avail. Help!

1.We suggest you install VLC at http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ or MPC-HC at http://mpc-hc.sourceforge.net/ to play the output files, check if you can get audio and video playback correctly.

2. Please try to switch to another audio track to see the result.

How do I transfer the downloaded file to my WD media player?

You can not transfer VLC or MPC-HC to your WD Media player as VLC and MPC-HC are players for computer only. If you are trying to play using the WD Media player and not get audio then you need to select correct settings for that.
