BD Ripper (3D Plus) Blu Ray Encoding - Issues with video Jitter

I have tried every profile to encode Blu Ray backup to a mobile format and have ran accross the issue of video jitter.

I have tried all profiles using both the CUBA drivers and software in various combonations with the same results. I have played with the bit rates, screen resolution going from 1080p to the 768p frame sizes.

The only format that seems to run smooth is the TS profile that uses Mpeg 2 TS video.

The computer I am using it on is a i7 16Gb ram, GTX 470 video card and a raid5 so I know bandwidth and processing power is not an issue.

Any suggestions?
