BD Ripper (3D Plus) Audio Sync Issues with SALT

Like many other folks, I've been experiencing audio sync issues with just about any blu-ray I try to rip. The latest one is SALT. I'm trying to rip to m2ts with AC3 audio. I've tried reripping with my encoder/decoders set to software and still hit the same issue. Only complete passthrough works. Can you help?

Try adjusting your frames/sec to 29.97 and try again. I had some issues with some DVD's and it seemed to work after I raised the frames/sec.
