BD Ripper (3D Plus) BD->PSP problem

Hallo

DVD Ripper to PSP option works fine, but the PSP output option is not available
in BluRay ripper.

I tried to rip a bluray to mpeg4 but the psp does not know the codec ?

most of my sons movies are bluray, so i hope there is a way around ?
