DVD Ripper Adjustment Bureau - Can copy, but not rip...

Hi:

First post (although using Fab for 2 years now)... so bare with me.

I was able to backup my "The Adjustment Bureau" movie perfectly... but when I went to Ripper it to my iPhone, I received the following warning on the processing screen:

18:01:52 Conversion: one pass
18:01:53 Word 1 failed. Error = 504.00 1 1
18:01:54 Process Failed!

At which time, a small popup message also informs me it failed.

Please advise if this is an issue with: The movie, the software, or me! I have ripp'd over 500 of my movies to my phone, so not a "first timer issue".

Try turning all encoding settings to "Software"

Is this found under: general/a/v codec/video encoder?

If yes, it is already set at software... still have the same issue.

If no, please let me know where I can find this setting.
