help please

ok so i copyed star trek infact the hole damm seriers. thiers a problem when i convert to psp format it only copies 1 hour of the dam movie thats all of them . the hole series. but i have the hole movie on my disc and it plays to the end
i tried other programs too and the same damm problem
does anybody know whats going on?
