BD Ripper (3D Plus) Problem on bd ripper MP4 "audio only"

Thankfuly on dvdfab v8.1.0.1 the bug which you couldn't select audio bitrate was corrected.
But another problem remains in "MP4>> audio only" on bd ripper: every mp4 audio stream created from any bluray has a problem,in certain media players doesn't play correctly. Fortunatly one media player which this problem occurs is VLC media player so it is easy to detect.On the other hand "Media Player Home Cinema" plays the file perfectly and finally power dvd 11 doesn't play it at all.
The problem first occurd on a Qt version but I don't know which one.
Anyway v 8.0.8.5 doesn't have this problem.

Sadly the bug is on v8.0.1.2 too.

Sorry,i mean v8.1.0.2

And also it is on v8.1.0.6 beta
