BD Ripper (3D Plus) Change Frame Rate

I must be missing something but when ripping a Blu-ray disc to an MP4 there doesn't seem to be any way to set the frame rate. Same as the original is the only choice from the pick list. Can anyone tell me how to change that frame rate if there is a way to do it? Thanks
