DVD Ripper No sound on Nokia N8 or Blackberry Torch 9800

Similar to the post by Dembflyr with no sound on iPhone 3GS, I can convert the video to show on both models, but no sound can be heard on both Nokia and Blackberry. Tried suggestions as provided in the thread, to no avail.
