DVD Ripper DVD Ripper Always Crashes

Hi Everyone,

Whenever I try to convert a DVD/MKV/Blu-ray file to another format (Like iPad) the program crashes.

After selecting Start, the program crashes and terminates.

This did not happen with 8.1.0.2. I have tried both 8.1.0.5 and 8.1.0.6 Beta. Exact same problem.

I am using a Dell Laptop i7 with quick sync enabled. If I disable anytype of GPU acceleration everything works great. Of course I would prefer to use Quick Sync....

Any help would be appreciated..

Hi Walkamo,

You need check if there is a newer dirver for your graphic cards to update.

Please open Common Settings->General->A/V Codec, set video decoder as Intel Quick Sync and video encoder options as Software, then convert again to see if you can get rid of this crash issue.
