DVD Ripper Can't get the Audio to Sync

    Hi,

I have been having this problem for some time and need some help.

I am running DVDFab 8.1.0.5 and I am using a quad core with 3 Gig of memory on Windows 7 64 bit.

I am trying to rip my DVD collection but on any of the DVD's I rip the Audio is behind. I am trying to create a MP4 using the generic.mp4.H264.aac profile.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Greg

    Hi grgood,

    1) We need your internal log file to check where the issue is.

    The default location is:

    For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log

    2) Also, you can try to install VLC at http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ and MPC-HC at http://mpc-hc.sourceforge.net/ to play the converted mp4 files and see the result. Both of them are freeware.
