BD Ripper (3D Plus) BR to M2TS audio out of sync

Using Blu-ray Ripper with profile "m2ts.audiocopy.high_quality" the audio gets out of sync on movies made up of multiple linked m2ts files. It works great for any movie comprised of a single m2ts file. This has been the case with every version from 8.0.9.8 to 8.1.1.2. In looking at the DTS-HD audio stream after the conversion there are several areas where the audio timing overlaps. This appears to be at each m2ts file merge point.

Also in looking at the discs that have had an issue the m2ts files on the disc seem to have different audio delays. So it could be that the audio delay needs to be adjusted by file rather than by disc.

Movies that have not worked correctly are:
    Avatar Extended
    Rango
    Toy Story
    Toy Story 2

    Is anyone else seeing this?

    Hi, JTR,

Please open Common Settings->General->A/V Codec, set both video decoder and encoder as software(or simply check the box of "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding"), then convert again to see the result.

I tried again with GPU disabled and there was no difference. If you look at the logs you see:

Bumping this thread to confirm... I'm seeing exactly the same thing with "Rango," and I'd already made the settings change proposed by malcolm. It copies - but the audio is out-of-sync with the video, and the problem gets progressively worse. I'd estimate that towards the end of the movie, the difference is at least 2500-3000ms.

Here's an existing thread on the same type of issue.

              Hi JTR,
I'm try to repro your issue. But not repro. I test Toy_story_3 and playback on PowerDVD 11 is OK without A/V sync issue. Could you please tell us what player are you using for playback m2ts?
