DVD Ripper Apple TV has no 5.1 Channel Output with 8.1.1.2

I don't get the option of 5.1 multichannel audio output when converting movies for playback on my AppleTV with the newer versions like 8.1.1.2. I have an older version 8.0.8.5 and the choice is there. Am I missing something?

Thanks for the help. Here is the last entry when trying to convert a show on How I Met Your Mother. It stops early on in the process and never gives me the option of using 5.1 Multichannel.
