DVD Ripper 502.12 7 error

I've seen one other question about this error, but the suggested fix for it didn't work with me. Please help! It's been working great up until now!

Thanks. I thought the update would overwrite the old one when I installed it. Guess not.

So, it started working again. However, the problem now is that I don't have any sound, just video. With the video in question, the audio choices were DST/5.1 (which is checked by default) and something called PCM/2. I've tried it both ways, but to no avail. Any ideas?
