BD Ripper (3D Plus) Work 1 failed Error 504.00 8.1.1.2

BD ripper wouldn't make a MKV with - Road to nowhere- but no problem with another MKV program. I also reset DMA and restarted computer but that didn't help.

        Please make it a priority

I also am having bad problems with this. Please make this a priority guys, my dvdfab is useless right now, and Ive spent a LOT of money on this program! It wont rip dvd's or bd's and always ends with process failed errors. Most commonly the 504.00 error.
