DVD Ripper 8.1.1.2 qt problem

every time i try to rip a DVD to xbox360(or anything else actually) i get this error in the middle of the first pass

here are the other logs :P

I thought it may be helpful to note that it doesn't matter what settings I set the ripper to, I get the same error.

system specs in case it helps are
Intel E8500 Core 2 Duo @ 3.16 per core
8 Gigs Ram
Nvidia GTX 460
Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
