DVD Ripper WMV failure and MP4 loop

Since I cannot rip some WB movies into mp4.h264 (it just stalls into a loop, see previous ), I tried WMV (zune).
It failed with the following error: " Work 1 failed. Error - 504.00 0 error: process exception, filter(type8:id2), info=503.00 13."

Using version 8.1.1.2 [Paid for]

I used the default settings but upped the data rate to 1200kbps.
I did check the folder and the wmv file is there. Ran it. It looks like the whole thing is there. So maybe the error is not serious?

Hi Mathis,

Before you start to rip the zune.wmv file, please go to conversion settings window and reset audio channel to Stereo, click on OK, then rip to see if you can finish the ripping process as normal or not.
