So I spend ages, setting up all the parameters for a configuration I want to use repeatedly, I hit the "Set Default Config" button, and instead of setting those values, it changes some values to different ones... what's the score with that?
For example, I want all my videos to be output at the same resolution, so I choose that resolution from the list, hit the button, and it chooses a completely different resolution. So I don't understand what that button is supposed to do. Is it setting MY choices to be the default, or is it setting certain values back to a default? I just can't work it out.
I gotta admit, the actual rip process of this programme is fine, but the interface and usability, is absolutely dreadful. I think the team could do with a professional interface programmer on board. One that understands the concept of "user defined/configured settings management" properly.
