BD Ripper (3D Plus) "analyse title 2" is never ending (overnight)

    Hello All,

I just started with DVDFAb (so, this is maybe a newbie question and if so, I will assume).

I would like to have a avi file from "Master and Commander" blu-ray disk and I have made an iso on my HD and drag and drop the iso in the corresponding window in DVDFab... and then the soft has began to "analyse..." (blue window with progressing line) but never stopped. Same story if I work from the Blu-Ray directly.

Anyone has the same issue ? Advice to a new ?

    Thank you in advance

    Hi perpete,
Please try the lastest build 8119 QT beta http://www.dvdfab.com/mlink/download.php?g=DVDFAB_BETA .
If it isn't Ok, please post the lastest internal log here.
    The default location is:
    For Win7 C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or Vista C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab\Log
    or for XP C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\Log
    Wish it helps.

Not working, the "analyse of title..." still takes hour with version 8.1.1.9.

Here some more info about the system:

      Internal log is attached.

      Thank you for your support,

        Hi perpete
Is this an original disc or are you trying to copy a copy?

          Hi Perpete,
I have seen your internal log posted and found that your DVDFab supports hybrid disc, which may be the issue. So please go to common settings page, DVD/Blu-ray ->Hybrid disc, Do Not select "Enable hybird disc support" and try it again.
          Wish it helps.
