BD Ripper (3D Plus) No audio when ripping Tekken Blu-ray to MKV

I'm having a problem ripping Tekken Blu-ray to an MKV file, the movie rips well, however, there is absolutely no audio with the movie, I was able to rip it to a m2ts format (avchd) which was able to provide both video and audio, but would prefer to have it ripped as an mkv format.

any help will be greatly apprieciated,

    thx,

    Jim

Seems to me, that's your player issue. What player are you using?

No audio when ripping Tekken Blu-ray to MKV

I'm using an LG Blu-ray Player model WH10LS30 with Cyberlink PowewDVD 10 Ultra. To verify that the problem wasn't with PowerDVD 10, I moved the file to an external hard drive and attached it to my Western Digital TV Live player and got the same result, a great picture with no sound on a Samsung Led TV with Home theater

      System

      Windows 7 professional x64
      8 GB ram
      i7 860 @ 2.80Ghz

Yep, you just confirmed my thought.
Tekken comes with DTS-DH MA 7.1 sound. None of your players support it.
You however, used mkv.remux to produce your mkv file without downconverting sound to DTS, i.e. original sound and video streams were re-packed to MKV container without any changes. To confirm it you can open your .mkv file with MediaInfo and see what sound you've got.
