BD Ripper (3D Plus) Disc Read Error - Transformers Blu-Ray

    Hi.

I am currently having disc read errors trying to rip Transformers to MKV. I am getting the read error when DVDFab is analysing the title before ripping. I have aborted this process and tried selecting a different title, but I am getting a read error for all titles. I have also tried ripping "movie only" mode in HD Decrypter and still get a read error.

I have attached the log file below.

    System specs are Q6600, 8GB RAM, Samsung sh-b123l BD-ROM, Vista 64bit, Fab 8.1.2.0

    Thanks.

    You have:
    (a) dirty and/or scratched disc. Try to clean it, even if it looks clean and brand new, or
    (b) bad disc, with manufacturing defect. Take this disc back to counters for exchange

      Hi thanks for your reply.

I have already cleaned the disc so it may be that it has a defect from the pressing.

The disc does play fine using my ps3 mind, but I will try a replacement and let you know how it goes.

Sorry, I forgot to add the original log.

I have added it here for reference.

        Cheers.

          Hi.

I have just rented this title to see if it would work and DVDFab returns a read error at the same percentage as my retail copy. Therefore this cannot be a faulty or dirty disc.

I have tried the latest beta 8.1.2.1 and it does not work.

I have attached the internal log file.

          Please advise.
