PSP Converter to choopy

Every video from a DVD i make is too choppy it's like it's showing 14 FPS no matter what settings i set. I got other programs that work just fine when making psp videos also can we see a 23 FPS settings.

If converting videos from DVD you should be using the DVD Ripper function and not Video Converter.

I just did "Hanna" for my granddaughter for her PSP and it's great even during the fast action. Did it like this:

Thanks everyone for your help but the videos I make are still to jerky. Right now i'm using DVDFAB 8.1.2.9 I can make a Generic MPEG-4 Video that is not jerky but it will not work on the PSP Also I have had other programs to make PSP videos and they also are to jerky. Is there anyway that I can use the Generic MPEG-4 to play on my PSP?

What version of the PSP do you have? It will be on a barcode label on the bottom of the PSP. Update the PSP to the 6.60 firmware. Use h264.firmware 3.30+ profile in DVDFab. This is subjective but I use 29.97 frame rate, playback just seems more fluid to me. 8.1.2.9 works great for me.
