DVD Ripper DVD FAB 8 Crashes When Output To 2 Seperate Files

When convert 2d to 3d and output to two separate files is chosen, the program crashes after about 15 seconds.
The computer is a pentium 4 and running Windows XP Pro and has a dual core processor.

I would appreciate some advise.
