DVD Ripper Ripping a double feature that was already split

Hello,

I'm ripping a double feature movie that I orignally made a back-up of with two different DVD-5's. One DVD for each part.
When I inserted the first movie to rip it recognized it as part 1 & 2. I changed the file name and completed the rip to Ipod.
When I inserted part two it recognized it as the same title as before and therefore would not read the new DVD to rip its contents.

Is there a work around for this?

I'm running DVD Fab 8.0.7.3
