BD Ripper (3D Plus) Error with mkv.remux

when I try to convert a Bluray (Crazy Heart) video I get 'mobile work failed(500.01 0)'

What can I do

Hi mri0202，
As extended drive isn't stable sometimes, please use Blu-ray Copy -> Clone to make an iso file in your HD and then use Blu-ray Ripper to mkv.remux.

With an ISO-File no error occurs but 'Conversion' is displayed for hours an nothing seems to happen.

Meanwhile I tried the conversion with an older Version (8.0.7.9).
No problems at all.

Any ideas, why there are problems with 8.1.2.8?

Hi mri0202,
As no "Crazy heart" here, I tested some disc(XMEN_FIRST_CLASS,Transformers_3_AC,etc.). All are OK. What's more, I see DVDfab fail to parser the Crazy heart from your log file. Please try some other sources for more inform. Then give us the reulst and we'll find what' wrong with it.
