BD Ripper (3D Plus) 504 Error - 8.1.2.5

Still getting these failed errors more than I'd like. This is ripping to MKV.
No problem using another program with the same disc to MKV.

Please clone the disc to HD and try it again.

OK, so I did the clone to HD, which I don't think I've ever tried before. I assume you wanted me to do that as some kind of test. So, I did while I still have the disc. It clones OK but has the same error converting to MKV, only fails faster. It starts out with a high MB then drops fast.
I also tried the latest beta and there is no difference.

Seems like this is getting to be a old problem. Blu-ray copy to main movie as ISO appears to work ok when the ripper won't. But I just use another MKV program.

Hi robert l,
Please check the audio track type. mkv.remux do not support PCM track. Pleas try ac3 or DTS.
