BD Ripper (3D Plus) 22 min Blu-ray video takes 22 hours to rip!

    Hi,
I have a blu-ray disc image I created (iso) from a hi-def source. My goal is to rip the main video of the BD into a hi-def video stream of the highest quality. The movie is only 22 min long, 720p. I set it to export to mp4 H264. But, it took 22 hours (2pass). (The second pass took a few minutes only). Here's the kicker: I checked my cpu performance meter in my task manager, and it was averaging only 2-5%!!!! Why isn't it trying to use 100% of my cpu power? Anyway, I'm attaching some of my settings. Please let me know if I set something wrong - I'm sure I'm missing something simple.

    Thanks,
    Will
(PS: in case you're wondering why I would rip a video from a BD that I created, the reason is that i want subtitles permanently on the video file. Subtitles were created with Adobe Encore and can not be exported directly to a video output)
